Enjoy a joyful 60-minute full-spectrum Yoga class. Start with balancing breath exercises (pranayama) for Spring followed by a Kapha balancing Namaskar flow into therapeutic asana for strength, stamina, and inner glow! A Tapas-oriented practice to challenge the mind and body and enjoy the Spring flow.
