Summertime Refresher

Ingredients:
– Half Pitcher purified water
– ⅓ peeled Cucumber
– 1 Lemon
– 6 Mint Leaves

Cut cucumber and add to water. Squeeze juice of one lemon to the pitcher of water. Muddle 6 mint leaves and mix in a little of water to muddle and add to the pitcher. You can add a pinch of Black Hawaiian Sea Salt and Raw Sugar if you like for electrolyte balancing.

This recipe is best to make early morning and let the pitcher of infused water receive the early warming rays of the sun to help infuse the water with revitalizing solar energy!
